I am curently in school trying to get a second bachelor’s degree. I graduated with my first bachelor’s degree in 2000. I just went back to school for the second bachelors last August (2010). I just realized that the stafford loan limits have changed since the time i got my first degree. I don’t even remember what the limits were then. I am wondering if i will only be allowed to borrow up to what the old life time stafford loan limit was or if i can borrow up to the new lifetime stafford loan limit (57,000)? Also what was the old limit?
